Setting monthly target will help much in achieving one year resolution. It also helps to distribute resolution across the month rather doing it in a rush at the end of the year, which will not help to achieve the resolution.
It will be more like a monthly task list :) I will review it every end of the month.
January
- Daily devotional -> I'll have my other journal to keep track this one :)
- APAD -> I'll post a photo a day in this blog ^_^
- Excersice at least 2 times
- Contact family 4 times
- To know at least 1 new friends
- Start reading 1 book -> I'll start with book 'Lady in Waiting'
- Lose 1 kg by end of January
- Go back home for CNY
